The course will help you to recruit staff or volunteers in schools, academies, colleges or anywhere that provides services to children and their families.
This course has been developed in line with the Department for Education’s ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ guidance.
Upon completion of this course you will gain the safeguarding skills and confidence you need to better protect children through recruiting staff and volunteers to roles in education.
The objectives of this course are to:
- Develop the skills and understanding needed to implement a safer recruitment processes
- Check the current recruiting practice in your organisation
- Promote a safer culture and recruiting process within your organisation
