What is a course Licence?
A licence allows one named learner 12 months access to the course content, any refresher guides and the CPD certified certificate awarded upon completion.

How do I pay for a course?
We have linked with the industry recognised 'Worldpay' process to offer fast and secure online payments. We can accept all the usual credit/debit cards. Paying through this 'store' provides you with the peace of mind we all look for when buying products online.
If you'd rather pay by invoice, that can be arranged, call one of our team on 01243 544 960 and we will set that up for you. Please note that we are unable to issue course licences until we have received full payment.

How do I buy courses for other people?
Simply order and pay for as many licences as you require. All we need is the name and email address of each 'Learner'. Fill out the 'Additional Questions' box on the order form or enter 'Phone' or 'Email' and we'll contact you to take all the information we need. If you have lots of licences you can send us a spreadsheet with course title, and correspondng name/email address and email address.
Once a learner has their account. If they or you want to order additional training, just order the course, tell us who it's for and when they log in the new course/s will be waiting for them ready to start.

Are there any discounts available? (our most faq!)
Yes. If you purchase 10 or more licences we will apply a 10% discount

When will I get access to the course?
Once licence/s are bought we set up the relevant accounts. Each 'Learner' will be sent an email with a user name and password inviting them to log into their account. They will be invited to change the password, and then once logged in, the course will be waiting for them. Once a course is started you can pause it at any time and then go back later and pick up where you left off, and you can complete courses in any order you wish.

How do your courses work?
Our e-learning courses are designed to be engaging, informative and provide lasting knowledge of a subject. We achieve this using a combination of video, audio, imagery, quizzes, demonstrations and real world scenarios.

What do I need to run a course?
You’ll need a desktop or laptop device with internet access to run courses that you’ve purchased through this website.

We recommend using Google Chrome, or alternatively Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer 11 or later

Are your courses accredited?
Yes. Our courses are independently assessed and accredited by the CPD Certification Service.

Do you need to complete a course in one sitting?
No – you can return to the course at any time and continue where you left off.

How long does it take to complete a course?
You’ll find a ‘CPD hours’ value against each course; this is how long we estimate the course will take to complete.

Do I get a certificate when I complete my course?
Yes – we automatically generate a personalised certificate when you pass the course, this is emailed to you as a PDF. You can aso access all your certificates from your account page
